Richard’s Parrot Place is a small, home based business located in Nampa Idaho. We hand raise most species of parrots including Macaws, Cockatoos, African Greys, and more. We have lived in the Nampa area over 10 years and been involved with parrots for over 30 years. We provide and are dedicated to excellence and quality.

We use Nurturing Guidance Techniques daily with all of our baby birds. These behavioral techniques, combined with the safe and stress free home environment, assures you that you are purchasing a healthy and well adjusted companion parrot. We spend many hours nurturing our babies with love, guidance and patience. Our babies are Abundance Weaned, Socialized, and are also allowed to Fledge.

We feel all of these steps, taken from the very beginning, are very important to the security and emotional aspect of our babies and will affect them the rest of their lives!
